At Naqsh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and hassle-free refund and return policy to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth as possible.
Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions under which we accept returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return the items for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (including all tags, packaging, and accessories).
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please Note: We do not accept returns on items that have been altered, personalized, or worn.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@naqshwear.com or +92 307 9406434 within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the process and issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number, if applicable. Returns without a RA number may not be accepted.
- Pack Your Item: Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging (including tags and accessories) and attach the return label we provide.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect items).
3. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of your purchase for items that meet the return conditions. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in processing the exchange.
Please note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested exchange is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Eligibility:
- The item must meet the return conditions outlined above.
- Returns that do not meet the specified conditions may be subject to a partial refund or declined.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a free return and either a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference. In the case of faulty goods, return shipping fees will be covered by us.
6. International Returns
For international orders, we accept returns under the same terms, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Customs duties or taxes that may be charged on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Gift Returns
If you received a Naqsh item as a gift, we are happy to process your return for store credit, provided it meets our return conditions. Please contact us with your gift order number, and we will guide you through the process.
8. Exchanges & Returns for Promotional Items
Items purchased with a discount or during a promotion may be returned or exchanged under the same terms, provided they are in original condition. However, if the promotional item was purchased as part of a “buy one, get one” offer or with a free gift, returns or exchanges may require the return of the entire promotional package.
